We bought our first home using Ameris for our mortgage and loan. Liz Cole and team were the most amazing agents! This bank is probably THE WORST bank and mortgage company I have ever dealt with. On top of being slow in every aspect and losing all of my personal information NUMEROUS times, they now have no recollection of a loan number that they themselves have provided me with. Please tell me how that happens. I definitely DO NOT recommend this mortgage company.

Unfriendly and uncaring customer service. I felt harassed by receiving a call at work for a payment reminder. Very unprofessional. I asked them remove my work number . . . we'll see!!
