I got a mortgage loan from this bank with Mary Sandlin as the lender. First, I have to warn everybody who would like to lend money from this bank and specifically this lender, that their numbers that they give you at the beginning are far lower than what you see at the end (closing). Second, they will put you in dark till the attorney brings paperworks and ask you to sign the numbers that you had not seen before. My monthly payment went up from more than 100$ at the closing compared to the "final" loan they sent me 2 days before the closing. Soo disappointed!
