Ameris Bank High Springs Main St, High Springs

Tellers are rude. Branch manager is rude. Had numerous issues with them. Do yourself a favor and go with a credit union. Big banks especially Ameris are just not worth the headaches and insults.

I have been banking at this location for over 20+ years and have always received personal, reliable, and friendly service from the managers and tellers. They greet me by name. I would highly recommend the High Springs location for All y I ur banking needs!

Ameris Bank is the number one banking, they are very friendly people, and very quick to serve their customers, they treat you as family members, I personally wouldn't use any other Bank..

Horrible corporate customer service. I just got my replacement visa card. I tried to activate it via the phone number provided and could not talk to a representative nor was there an option to do so. I tried calling the corporate number and the automated message system did not connect once the option was pressed. The three automated message options just kept repeating itself. Very frustrating. That being said, the local bank is great IF you walk in. I don't have time to constantly go to the bank whenever I have a problem. I am to the point of switching banks. Edited for local High Springs Branch: Great service and always super helpful and friendly. As of yet, there is no walk in service because of Covid. There are two drive through lanes for personal service, one drive through automatic teller, and one walk up automatic teller. They are very prompt with answering emails when you can't get someone on the phone. Free checking for personal and business.

The staff there at the bank are nothing but helpful and have always given me the best service. Justin and Michael are especially attentive as well as all of the tellers. Sometimes the corporate number is not as helpful but I can always get things fixed there locally at the branch, which is how I think the bank is set up to function the best.

Good bank good service but I’m not a fan of there hours though. Should be open until 6 pm

I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years and they are very good people that really care about the customer. I have never had a complaint and have nothing put great things to say about them. The HighSprings branch is very helpful and go out of there way to make the customers happy. It has been threw 3 names but the people have remained the same. You walk in and the people know your name and who you are right away. Who could ask for anything more. Thank you for having such a great business. I would highly recommend this bank for any new banker or even someone looking to switch banks.

Would put 2 stars because their staff is very nice on person, but cannot get them on the phone. The automated service (select 2 to speak to someone on the branch) just disconnects. So I called the 800 customer service and even he (after almost 10 min) could not get through. We will be changing banks. What good are they if you can't reach them on the phone?

Wonderful care. Ms. Lynn was careful and treated me like she would like to be treated. They are ready to take good care of you always loving and a smile at all time.
