DO NOT OPEN A CHILDS SAVINGS ACCOUNT HERE, THEY CHARGE 'DORMANT' FEES ON CHILDREN'S SAVINGS ACCOUNTS. ONLY REASON IT WAS DORMANT IS BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SEEM TO KEEP THIS BANK OPEN ANYWHERE AND MOVED FROM OUR LOCATION. THE STAFF WAS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.... "You can mail in deposits"... DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

Please get away from this bank, I’m tired of lack of information and error over the time from the beginning of my opening I was waiting and waiting not sure if is a very old fashioned bank but they are very rude and unorganized, unprofessional they give so much hard time for something simple the worst bank to do business with . Fee and solution terrible 😞 I can’t describe the situation. When to the branch to get my car bc they don’t have the services to expedite if you want to expedite is like $67 to $99, I desire to drive to the branch and the lady give me a Card tat don’t work, call customer service they can’t find the way to fix the problem they need to wait until someone call me back I was te to understand the method of how this back work and the lady Hang up the phone with me so this is the end of my relationship with this embarrassing Bank . Very disappointed never never try to open any account here !! Non comercial bank are the best !!!!
