As a first time home-buyer I had a multitude of questions and concerns, but with the help of Liz and everyone on team, I always knew I had a helping hand along the way. A great example of their support, I had received two quotes from two separate home insurance companies. Initially, the first insurance company was used, but I had switched over to the second company. Just for ease of use and such. When it came to closing I was given a number for closing that was greater than what I initially owed. I reached out the day before closing to advise on what I could do to rectify the situation. Robyn and Liz took care of it that day, and saved me all the hassle on the final day of closing. Closing went extremely smooth, and now I am writing this review in the comfort of my new home! Finally, a big thank you to Liz, Robyn, Lindsay, and everyone else over at AF for all your hard work!

Second time using Liz and her team at AmeriFirst in 2 1/2 years. My realtor recommend her because she had so many good experiences with her team in years past. True to form, her and her team made the process of getting a mortgage fast and painless with some of the best rates I could find. Low and behold, the interest have fallen steadily for last couple of years and I wanted to refinance. I called Liz again and they were happy to help. They gave me their opinion whether refinancing made sense (luckily it did) and proceeded to start the refinancing process. The process was painless and completely transparent. AmeriFirst customer portal makes it easy to upload all the financial documents that are needed during the underwriting process. I literally spent 20 minutes on my phone to upload all the documents. Quick and easy even in a pandemic! Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. Any fees were fully explained and again the rates were some of best I was seeing. Closing took 25 minutes at a title company that was close to my residence. Quick and convenient again! If you’re thinking of buying or refinancing a home, you’ll have a tough time finding a more friendly, honest, competent team than Liz and her group at AmeriFirst in Perrysburg.

Liz and Shelly and the whole Amerifirst team have been FANTASTIC!! They are that perfect combo of thourough & efficient. I felt comfortable during the entire process which is normally very stressful.
