Store Manager she was very patient and very nice excellent customer service. Very good conversation and very nice smile. CSR she greets customers as they walk in the door she was very nice with a big smile. She had excellent conversation as well. When phone rings she answers politely and gives customers the right information. There both are excellent workers I would refer customers to both.

2 stars because of Ty. To make this short, I will be working with Jamie when I go back. Ty said wait 30 days, yet to come back a week later when I'm paid in regards to my account. Made it seem that I'd definitely receive the money I needed when I came back. Now, I'm still in a bind or slightly worse because I thought I could get what I needed yesterday. I left w/o the short term solution I needed. I'll come back to see Jami . Hopefully it's not busy in there.

Hey I want to thank mrs. Jamie McDaniel for helping me with everything that I needed also gave me the best assistant that I needed. If it wasn’t for her then I don’t know how this would have been accomplished, I want to say to mrs Jamie you are the best everyone please go to her and get you a loan she will take care of you.

There scheduling at the store in North Augusta terrible! In a Saturday they are open from 9-2 with one working to run the entire store. I did my application online the day before with no response only to be told that because he was so busy they the online loan applications would not even be look at today and he would be taking care of customers in the store today. Not saying it’s his fault I blame the management and corporate. Piss poor scheduling!!!

Sales Manager Jamie was very polite and proficient. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend seeing her.

I had the best experience in the office today. Jamie is the most awesome person I have encountered in customer service. She deserves a week off for the experience she provided today!!! I will def be back!!!

Tyrel and Jamie were amazing!!!!! I have never requested a loan and been through such an easy and seamless process. They made me laugh the entire time. Americash has amazing people working there .... thank you!!!!

I spent one month just trying to get my employment verified even my hr offered to personally verify they even had my check stub but based on the work number I could not get what I needed and it was the worst experience as if my luck didn’t feel bad it’s even worse now! Thanks for nothing but my time wasted!

The worst ever! Your loan never goes down and the employees at the Knox Ave location in North Augusta is the worst (Jaime and Lawanna). Not friendly and definitely needs some customer service training. I have reported them to their corporate office.

My experience was overall good but I was not afforded a credit for a referral because the person gave the incorrect last name and the company would not honor my referral credit. This is the fourth person that I have referred but probably will be my last.
