The absolutely WORST real estate transaction experience I've ever had. Completely unprofessional, unaware of regulations and confidentiality rules, dishonest, and an altogether non-responsive company. Longest time I've ever experienced to receive a pay-out, and it took them over a month to send our closing documents, which we requested multiple times and were told "they're in the mail." (They weren't.) I'm sure there are some knowledgeable Escrow Officers in that building, but we didn't encounter a single one in our entire prolonged and painful interaction with this American Title office.

I have been fortunate to have worked with the amazing staff at American Title. The escrow process was smooth and my client felt comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Extremely disorganized company. When it came time to pick up my earnest money, they sent someone to my work, but they got the address wrong so he was two hours late, even after I confirmed the address with them multiple times. Then, when it came time to return my earnest money they said they would mail me a check. I confirmed my address with them when I requested it be mailed to me. After a week of not receiving it, I called for a status update and they had gotten my address wrong. What is it with addresses? It's not that much of a challenge. Would not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

This is the best title agency in Phoenix! The services they provide to investors and customers are outstanding. Brian, Helena, and Eileen are top professionals and I will continue to work with them.
