The employees (Maria and Pam) at this location are amazing, they are so helpful and understanding and always have a great attitude whenever I come in to their store. They create a great environment for current and future customers. American title loans is the best I definitely recommend them if you need money and have the title to your car.

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THEM !!!!!!!CROOKS!!!!!!!! Clearfield location, do I get my 10 dollars. Online features wouldnt work as the trasaction was to large. Came in on Thursday to pay off loan with cash and office was closed because of power outage. Called left VM in the parking lot, letting them know i was at the location to please call me tomorrow because i know the system automatically charges intrest. No call. Came back on Saturday 5 min before they closed(thought it was 6 not 5) nobody in the office . Called while in the parking lot spoke to someone and was told to come back Monday. Come back monday now they want to charge me all the intrest. I stated No and explained, showed phone records of calls becouse i was accused of not calling. Gave Balinda the exact time of all 4 calles. Then Belinda accused of not being at the loction on Saturday and fake calling, guess what google tracks my phone (thanks big Bro) shows me at the location at the time i said. Balinda again called me a lier and still wants to charge me. I was accused of lies the entire conversation. I offerd to pay one day they declined called the police and had me removed. Guess what i am an upstanding citizen with no problems with the police they did ask me to leave after Maria once again refused to take my payment. O yes and best thing all on voice record telling me to leave or she will have me arrested.. GREAT Customer service 👏 👌 👍

Phenomenal phenomenal service. The service is amazing. They don’t make you feel bad and go the extra mile for you. Pam was excellent and professional and detailed about what you were doing. Don’t look elsewhere! Seriously they will help you as if you were family!

The girls that work here are not nice or at least not anymore. When I first went in to get a loan the lady whom helped us was very nice. But apparently she no longer works there cuz she was fired. (That's what the lady working there told me) (very unprofessional might I add). Anyways when I went to make a payment the girl was rude, there was a problem making my payment so she called another person her manager I guess well she was even ruder. She kept talking over me so I couldn't explain anything to her, I was very upset after talking to her so I just walked out without making a payment, I ended up paying an extra $25 cuz the next day my payment was going to be late but to me paying $25 was way better then dealing with either one them. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy and after the loan is paid off I won't ever use them again. I guess being broke entitles them to be rude to me.. well at least that's how they made me feel.

I’m still in the process with paying off my loan but they’ve been very understanding with anything in my personal life that has tried to get in the way, this place isn’t like what people say, I’ll definetly come here again if I need the money

Maria was great, and very friendly. Despite having anxiety over needing to do this she made the process very smooth and easy. Plus I received a bonus of 50% off my first months interest! No one likes needing little help in the month but sometimes it's neccessary. I'd definitely come back here next time if I find myself in a jam.

Today is Monday April 2nd. Had to come in to borrow cash for car repairs. The manager there, Maria, was very polite and I could tell she knows what she's doing. The overall transaction went well. But what I liked most of all it didn't take all day! That's why I gave it 5 stars.
