The first time I called Andrea she answered and was very kind and told me to fax her all the important documents to get a home loan. Days later I tried calling and she txted back that she will call me back first thing in the morning. Called Andrea multiple times later on separate days. She ignored my calls. The phone would ring once or twice then go straight to voicemail. Finally I decided to let the actual homeowner call her and she answered his call! She explained that she wasn’t comfortable in doing our loan. Very very unprofessional. Honestly if she wasn’t comfortable doing my loan she could have told me myself instead of telling the homeowner and purposefully ignoring my calls.
