This is the best pawn shop in the area hands down! Arthur mark and Dylan are the nicest most professional people I have encountered at a pawn shop. They have great items at great deals as well as offer you the fairest price out of any other shop in the area. You will not regret visiting them. Love you guys thank you for all the great business !!

My brother-in-law recently went there, planning to spend $1,000 plus dollars in tools. The guy (with the strong accent, btw) was very racist towards him. The “American” on their name shouldn’t mean their employees should be SO RACIST with non-Americans. His 1000 dollars are walking away along with a lot more people who felt this way. DO NOT ENGAGE OR GIVE BUSINESS TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!

*** CLEAN, FAST, AND COURTEOUS *** I called beforehand to ask if they had bikes. The guy explained all the models they had and told me to stop by and check them out. I walked in and noticed the place was super nice and clean. The guys were not pushy and only helped when I had questions. I ended up picking out a Trek hybrid racing bike. I gave him my I.D. and he allowed me to ride around outside before paying. The transaction was smooth and quick. I refused to pay top dollar for an high-end bike so decided to take a chance at a pawn shop. So glad I did. This bike is sweet and its super fast. I highly recommend this pawn shop. 5 stars!

Arthur helped me with my purchase of my new phone. I am so happy with the phone!! We connected right there in the shop. And he gave me an incredibly fair price. This place is great!!!

I think this place is awesome. I was lucky enough to find an older Boss RV-3 Reverb/Delay Pink Label pedal, and they were nice enough to knock off some of the price, so it was a steal for me. I also observed tons of eating places adjacent to this pawn shop. They also have a multitude of other musical gear to select from if you are aspiring to be a musician.

Great experience with both guys at American Pawn. I was looking for a specific watch so we called to see what they had. They had what I was looking for so we went to check it out. They weren't pushy, they had lots of inventory and made our first experience there a pleasant one. We will be going back, Thank you!

I ordered a pistol online and had it sent there as a FFL transfer. Process was super easy and the price was better than most in the area. Guys behind the desk are super cool. I’ll be doing business with them moving forward. Thanks again!

When someone enters an establishment they shouldn’t have to worry about what they looked like and how they will be treated. A friend came in and because of the color of his skin he was automatically thought to be stealing and treated very poorly.you need to reevaluate how you treat paying customers

I went there to buy some tools and the guy with the strong accent did’t know that I was a costumer. Maybe he thought that I was his enemy for some reason. That was the way I felt . Abuse, screaming, and speaking another language behind your back. I do not recommend this place at all.

I was in Delray Beach and needed advice about firearms that were family heirlooms. Lucky for me, I ended up at American Pawn. Arthur gave me honest and expert advice in a situation where I had to rely on the kindness of strangers. After getting home, I needed to call AP again and Arthur was there again. AP is lucky to have Arthur as are the customers. Thank you Arthur! Give this man a raise!

This is the worst place ever!!! Lacking of Customer services and very racist persons working there!!!! Nothing justify the behavior that guy displays… if he is so angry at the world he shouldn’t be working facing the public!!!! Shame on you American Pawn for having employees like that tarnishing your brand!
