All of characteristics were found important in the mortgage application process. Closing costs are reasonable and competitive. Plus we got an incredible rate. You can’t go wrong with Huda!

After 3 other lenders said they couldn’t approve me without some insane stipulations, Josh came in and made it look easy. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer every single question I had. It was nice of him to show up at closing too! That did not happen the first time I bought a house. Definitely will use Josh again if I’m ever in the market again!
