Tom was great and made the purchasing experience a breeze. I was so worried and anxious about qualifying and the loan going through, but he was so calm and collected which helped put me at ease. He provided little summary videos at each step which helped give me a better understanding of where we were at in the process and what to expect next. I would definitely refer him to all friends and family. I have heard horror stories about being harassed by the loan officers, but Tom let me know what he needed in a clear and concise manner which helped the loan close more efficiently.

Tom Fernandez has been extremely helpful with my family’s home refinancing. We had our mortgage changed from FHA to a conventional loan with a small cash-out. Tom works harder to get the loan put through than anyone else. He answered phone calls and text messages. Whatever questions that my wife and I had always got an answer.
