We had been going through hoops with other mortgage companies, until I found Victoria Rodriguez at American Pacific Mortgage. She got us pre-approved super quick, got us in touch with a realtor the same day and all the paperwork was super easy. She made everything easy to understand and was quick at responding to all my questions. I would recommend this mortgage company to any and everyone, especially Victoria Rodriguez. I feel she went above and beyond but I'm pretty sure that's just who she is. You will not be disappointed working with her or the company!

Working with Dean was great! He was so quick to respond to our questions, and worked fast to get us our home buying experience headed in the right direction. I certainly would recommend him and would work with him again!

Steve’s experience for us as first-time homebuyers made the home-buying process less daunting and feel more like a true possibility. He explained everything to us 100 times and it never bothered him. Our calls (even when we forgot he was on vacation) also never bothered him. We were ready for everything every step of the way thanks to Steve and American Pacific Mortgage being in our corner. If you are looking, especially if it is your first home, there is no better lender. We would use them a million times over!

Steve Gibbs is not an ethical man. Tried to force us to get more insurance than we needed. Wanted us to get it to cover the loan NOT the cost to replace the house. That was a first. Kept saying it was a “VA requirement”. I called the VA and they said that was NOT the case and the VA lenders handbook which all lenders should use is a public document. Having purchased, sold and refinanced several of our own homes we have quite a bit of experience with this. To which he had a condescending response. Was rude to our insurance agent. Additionally, after we left and went with another lender, we we shocked to realize that APM’s closing costs were $6000 MORE than what we paid in the end. Getting rich on the backs of vets?

Victoria did a wonderful job handling our refinance. It was quick and easy. She had everything done and had explained it all so all we needed to do was sign. I would recommend her to help anyone with any mortgages.

Dean was absolutely incredible in helping us buy a home ! He made sure to explain every detail during the buying process. He was extremely helpful in every aspect and was available anytime to talk. He made buying a home seem easy and I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends. I am so grateful for Dean and everyone at American Pacific Mortgage !

Dean and the team at American Pacific were absolutely amazing. I even dropped the ball on getting a preapproval letter before making our offer on the house. Steve was able to get all the info and square away the letter and follow up at 9pwesome service. Their app was great and intuitive on notifying us what they needed from us.
