I would highly recommend working with John. I was in the loan process from October until April because of credit issues and he spent a lot of time and energy helping me get that where it needed to be. He also was sure the thoroughly explain everything so I always knew what I was doing and why I was doing it, overall great experience.

Dale was great to work with! He was able to get us a traditional loan with a great interest rate when other lenders said that wasn't possible in our circumstances. We bought a home without a realtor and he maintained close communication with us, advising and working with our best interests in mind throughout the process, including being there in person when we signed the purchase contract and at closing. I highly recommend him for your lending needs.

I don’t even know where to begin. We have been looking for a home since March 2021. Our realtor merek is amazing but our last lender not so amazing. With two houses falling through the second being theirs putting in wrong information I was done. We were losing hope in finding a home because it was costing us greatly with inspection fees. (Va loan required) Merek didn’t give up he referred us to John and his team and said when we were ready we can apply. I did and I am so happy we did. We got our dream house and I couldn’t be so great full. All of it was worth it. Thank you John for everything!
