Worst customer service you can find over all United States. Representatives aggressive scam not answer simple questions, supervisors are not available, no grievance or complaints procedures that they aware of - literally from Representatives words. They have no idea what this word mean. I will be writing to federal consumer complaints department.

It's quite difficult get through customer service. I had to refinance my car through a local credit union because Honda likes to sneak money onto your payoff amount (I've just noticed this, took a screenshot of my payments and it's back where it was 2 months ago. No one seems to know why) Highly recommend not going through this company to make car payments. Choose somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

While they are out there being helpful to random people I am here as a customer with no help at all. I tried moving a payment to the end of my contract and they said they couldn't due to the reason I gave. Does the reason matter that much, I can't pay the payment at this time what else matters Honda will still get there money make more of interest. This financial service must be the worst I have ever had to deal with i don't understand how they can be so helpful on tv but not help there own customers who actually give them money.

I paid off my Honda Odyssey in full yet Honda Financial refuses to release the title for 15 business days to ensure payment clears. 15 days is totally unreasonable. Cleared payment should be no more than 2-3 business days for ACH clearance. This amounts to financial fraud. Honda is holding my property against my will illegally. Honda has lost a customer for life. Never I will I buy or finance a Honda due to this. The result? I was attempting to sale my vehicle -- now I've lost a buyer and time.

So much for taunting themselves as "Helpful Honda" when they can not even help out with their present customers' request for paperwork about transactions done with this automobile company. Last time I checked the word helpful does involve prompt and effective action on someone's need or concern, this is where HONDA definitely gets it wrong and twisted. This company will put you on hold for 30 minutes or more at a time and will make you repeat that experience several times. To these buffoons, wasted time is not important as long as it's not their time.

This company does not know what customer service is at all. From the managers at the dealerships to the customer service reps on the phone. Absolutely terrible. My husband deployed over a month ago and sent Honda his orders so the car could be returned. A month later, Honda still has none of the documents that either of us faxed and weeks after returning the car, they still ask if we returned it. Not only are the staff rude and condescending, they’re unhelpful and your better off talking to a wall. It seems this company does not care to lose customers nor does it make an effort to assist their military members. Disgusting to say the least. After this ordeal, I will never buy a Honda again and I’ve been a Honda owner for over 10 years. Such a shame.

Had the same conversation with them at least 12 times about returning my 2014 Accord lease at the end of three years and no matter how many times I would ask them to put the info in the system and make sure no one calls me again, they would reassure me of that and then sure enough call me again in a couple of days. They have no continuity in their communication and the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing . When I returned the car to the dealer as directed they proceeded to then call me for collections for a late payment though I made my last payment. after a good deal of time on the phone finally got a supervisor who said that the reason was that they can't get confirmation from the dealer that I returned the car. Not sure why you can't get a hold of one of your dealers as I can call them this second and get someone on. I was going to upgrade to a newer accord but not now.

Honda did not release the title within 30 days, which meant the DMV charged me a penalty fee for transferring the title late. I tried calling, but they kept me on hold for over an hour while "checking" and said it was my fault and they do not reimburse anyone. They refused to give me a name and address to serve a small claims suit.

Zero satisfaction on the DMV requesting a clean title in order to sell. I went through every protocol Honda told me to, have called, and been to the DMV and paid ahead of time, to no avail or follow through or answer from Honda. They would not give me a name and number of the president, so I'll choose to file a report with BBB and Consumer Protection. Not to mention, when you call, their system is set up for callers to hang up if they don't have an account with them.

Honda Financial are Crooked and they lie to people. The Representatives are rude, unprofessional & Sarcastic. My mom was late two months she paid the two months that she was behind on and they still Re-Poed her car. They claim that they want 12,000 within 12 days. They are not understanding and they don't care about their customers. I would never give then 1 star. I will warn as much people that I can to make sure that they won't get much business
