Where to start?! From the friendly welcome, to the attentiveness, I have never had a bad experience at American Heritage. They are so helpful and if they do not have an answer, they will work their hardest to find the answer. They are always focused on the helping their members get the best result for their requests. They were unable to enter my address correctly in their system when I first set up my account, so now I have to make a special trip to correct it; who knows where my statements have ended up in the meantime. If they can't transcribe a members' address correctly, who knows how inept they are with everything else.

My experience with Louise was wonderful. She went above and beyond working my Auto loan. I've always gotten great service when I deal with her. If I have a issue, she listens and 'thinks outside the box". to resolve it. Her Manager was also a great help as well. American Heritage is fortunate to have her as an emoyee.

American Hertiage is my best credit union. The assistance manager at 26th Huntington Park was very nice. Everytime I go there to do business they are very nice. I will continue to do my loans and mortgage and credit card there. They are really helpful and have great rates!!!

I was called ten minutes after that into the office and was helped by a very professional, personable lovely woman named Michaela . My app was approved that day as I received a call from Michaela telling me to come in and sign some papers. All on a Saturday, That's good service.
