I made the right decision by coming here first! All the 5 star reviews on this place are right, and my experience was so good here I felt compelled to write this review. Both staff members I worked with in selling a gun here today were very polite and professional. We discussed what a fair value would be and were able to agree on the right price. He was very honest and open about why the price should be what it was and took into consideration the value of all the ammo and accessories along with it. I really appreciated how he considered the amount I was looking to sell for and they respected me all the way through the process. I definitely recommend coming here first and I would do business here again for sure.

So glad I chose this pawn shop. Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of my questions and even suggested what he thought would be the best gun for me. I will definitely be coming back for all my gun needs.

Ended up not making a purchase but that was most certainly not because of the sales staff. Guy at the counter was pretty knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Can't remember his name but I think it started with a B. Tried his best but I just didn't see what I was looking for. Hopefully next time I swing through that won't be the case.

Nice place and people are great. But they had a gun, sale priced on the shelf but couldn't sell it at that price because they are unorganized and didn't even know the details of their sales.

Is absolute cleanest, most respectable, Friendly Pawn shop I have ever had the pleasure of walking into Their customer service is top notch and their offers are extremely fair. And not saying enough good things about this place a pleasant change change from the norm.

Was visiting Kansas City and saw this shop so I thought I’d check it out. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted and was helped. They have a good size setup and I highly recommend this place! Make sure to ask for Brandon. He’s super friendly and knowledgeable!!

Scott, and his staff were wonderful, extremely fair prices. Scott was more than fair, he gave me the best deal in town. It refreshing to have a gun and pawn in the northland. That has a small town feel and family owned. Great prices great staff and great owner. I will be back.
