Chris Chase is the best. I went into the branch to make my car payment, he saw that I had been pre approved for a credit card with a 0% rate. He sent me the information via email and followed up with me. The new card will literally be saving me thousands in interest. Thank You So Much Chris Chase. You are Awesome.

Disappointed with their Zelle amount limitations and their efforts on trying to make it work. I wanted to save more money at this establishment but they won't allow for more than $3k transfer in a month. They claim they have convenient digital solutions yet but leaving me no choice to go elsewhere. Other establishments don't have low monthly limits and allow the money to transfer instantly. I sincerely hope that AFCU catches up on the technology out there and work on serving the customer first. What ever happened to banks that want clients to keep their hard earned money at their establishments.

Trash service, It's the overall. Most visits I get to hear about everyone's complaints while I wait in line because the lack of privacy. The employees who sit run it like a gym membership. Those who stand don't regularly know how to address issues so they develop excuses why the server is running slow or their app isn't functioning as advertised. This is a cookie cutter at its most finest hour, bank. The emails aren't accurate and the lack of improvement is not impressive at all. It's a wallet for you to give someone else to hold so that you can feel better that you don't drop a 50.00 on the floor. Get a real credit union with real employees. WASTE OF TIME!

Been a member here for over 14 yrs. It keeps getting worse and worse. Tried to close a CD today, 1month ahead of schedule, so I knew there would be a penalty. It was a 36 month CD so I figured with 1 month left it would be a small penalty. Boy was I wrong. 18 months of interest was my penalty! Are you kidding me!? The teller says sorry we restructured the penalties so they're steeper now. When was I notified?? With 1 month left, that sounded ridiculous so I asked the manager if he could do something and he simply says no. The service has really gone down. I wish I could say this is the first time with problems but it's not. Just added to the list and this was the tipping point for me.

Their app is terrible. I cannot access my account through the app. I have to use the web site. Have called and said they are working on the problem. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Every time they send out updates it happens. Told I would get called and never received a call

Just called at 9am spoke to operator to pick up some cash wich was not available at my branch. She put me on hold after asking me for my information so she can check another branch. After 20 minute hold the call was dropped. She never called me back so I called again and had to wait to talk to someone for 45 minutes. After talking to the new person she said that my money won't be available for pickup today because I called late into the morning. So They wasted 1hr of my time on the phone and now I 😒 have to wait until tomorrow. 👎
