I am eagered to leave a good review for a good team and believe they would provide the same service for all their customers. When I shop around for home loans, I requested quotes from online site that pull all different companies. Jennifer Chinn, loan officer's assistant in Tom Dugan's team, Newport beach contacted me right away. I had bad experence with some other loan officers that would not be willing to disclose any information before I make an account/ entry in their company website (claiming I said I have good credit means nothing), but that wasn't the case with the team. I asked questions about their rates and what to compare. She answered all my questions in a very professional manner, very friendly, very patient, very honest, and not a second I felt she was annoyed by my questions. Although I ended up giving my business to my friend, I felt strong enough to give a good review for the team, especially Jennifer.
