Vince and the Entire AFN team were absolutely fantastic throughout our entire Mortgage process. We were first time home buyers and he did everything in his power to make things as smooth and understandable as they could possibly be. He was always available whenever we had a question and provided consistent and well explained updates which he was always willing to clarify when we asked. If we ever need anything mortgage related we will reach out to him first and foremost in the future without a doubt.

Lynn helped me through the process of purchasing our first home. Since this was our first home, we did not understand the entire process at first and lynn did an excellent job breaking down the steps and explaining everything. She was always available when we reached out for assistance and was extremely knowledgeable when answering all of our questions even after hours and weekends. Purchasing a home, especially for the first time, is very intimidating but lynn made us feel at ease and the process was better than we were expecting. specially that I'm self-employed the process is kind different. I wish I posted this review sooner but it’s never too late...This company have shown us that is not about the money all the time but the care for your clients . We use their service and were helped all the way from credit repair, conventional /jumbo loan requirements, preapproval letter to home purchase. Mr Michael Vetri and his team went above and beyond to make it happend. He even show up at settlement.I recommend them anytime for your home purchase. One peace of advice; be patient and let’s Mr Michael Vetri team do what they do best.(oh ! I forgot to mention that, their are licenses in almost every states).

Vince was very personable. I truly felt that he cared about getting us the best possible deal he could, and always made himself available to discuss any questions or concerns I had about my new home loan. Even though we weren't able to meet because of a global pandemic, he still found ways to make me feel comfortable and that I could put my trust in him.

Michael Vetri and his team set up my mortgage without factoring in county taxes on the escrow account. Because of this, the company they sold my mortgage to had to increase my payments by $119 a month to build a buffer for the escrow account and make sure there will be no deficient in the future. This company also caused many difficulties along the way of the application process, promising our credit scores would go up and give us a better rate. We completed paying off credit cards and student loan payments as advised, but it had no affect on our credit scores Michael kept giving us. We also we hit with multiple hard inquiries during the mortgage process that have affected our credit scores still. Michael Vetri's team makes big promises but poor results were delivered.

David was definitely on top of everything and made sure we was updated with everything we needed, Thank you David for all the hard work and making ends meet!
