We've had our home refinanced end of January. If it weren't for Greg and his hardworking team, this transaction would've not happened. We've talked to multiple lending personnel and they could not help us. With our situation, We're about to lose hope. Gladly, Greg and his team stepped in. He did everything to help our family. The whole loan process was going very smoothly until AFN, without any notice, jacked up my closing fees by $3000, allegedly because my appraisal came back a little lower than expected, though the LTV was still well under 70%. NEVER, at any point, was I told that this could happen and the only reason I didn't immediately cancel my loan application was that the Fed had just raised interest rates by .75% so I couldn't get another loan at my present rate. I can't help but think that AFN KNEW this when they jacked up my costs. This left a terrible taste in my mouth and this is why I would never recommend them to anyone else.

Sam and his team are always on top of things. Any questions we had Sam answered. He explained everything in detail, making sure we understood everything and knew what were getting into. Sam and his team were truly a pleasure to work with!
