Neale Beightol is without a doubt the very best mortgage banker I have ever had in the buying of a home. He leaves no stone unturned . His explanation of required papers for a mortgage is easy to understand especially for a senior citizen. He answered all questions with haste and I always was aware of the status of the loan. He again the only mortgage banker I would use and highly recommend him.

Well I was finishing up a divorce when I started the process of refinancing and anything and everything must have come up. There was a hurricane and the repairs that followed, legal issues with the ex, so on and so forth. Through all of the hurdles, we finally made it through. Unlike my previous loans, I didn't have to constantly send the same paperwork again and again. My loan officer was quick to complete anything needed and stayed in constant communication. I was promised over 10 times I would get a clear to close and never got one in the time I was told. I was given a response, we only need one more thing. The worst part was, when I was given a clear to close and a closing date, we did not close. It was not until several hours before my appointment that I received word they did not have all the documents from the buyer! So what does a clear to close mean? I am still wondering. Hands down worst experience I have ever had with any lender, EVER! Agents, buyers, and sellers, should be very cautious using this unethical company.
