Conrad and his team did a great job guiding me through the process to get my first home loan. He and his team communicated clearly and regularly. They made it easy for me to provide information to them and track my progress as the loan moved toward approval (particularly impressive in the midst of quarantine). Everything went smoothly and was ready ahead of schedule. Conrad also connected me with a realtor and a home insurance provider that I was extremely happy with. I will definitely be working with him again in the future when the need arises!

I applied on 2/24/20, provided all documents needed (w2, bank accounts, pay stubs, etc). I was contacted by two assistants (Melissa and Gina) which made it very confusing. On 2/26/20, I was told it would be 48 hours until I would I get a pre-approval. Radio silence until 3/4/20 stating that they learned I started my new position and now needed employment verification. In that time no one contacted me about anything even though I provided all documents as they requested. During this timeframe from 2/24/20 to 3/4/20, I decided I wanted to work with a lender who wanted to work with me. Easily, they’re losing people like this. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Poor communication and lack of interest to potential clients. Wasted time considering I did my research and found good reviews on American Equity Bank. Hard pass and I would never recommend.
