American Eagle Financial Credit Union Cottage Grove Rd, Bloomfield

I first opened my account at the Bloomfield branch. The manager who set up my accounts was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us select the products that fit our needs. Since then I have always been pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient the entire staff is here. We were searching for a new bank. and came in for one of the AEFCU CD promotions. The banking experience here has been professional, courteous and efficient. They listen to what I need to do and help me do it. This is positive and comforting to me.

The staff working inside is pleasant but their drive-up atm is always down and it’s very inconvenient at times. I usually have to drive to windsor federal credit union to use theirs when this happens.

I used to be a peoples united customer and once they merged with farmington bank I couldn't stand some of the new policies and I got tired of the ATM being down all the time no matter which branch I went to (every month I was getting charged an insane amount in ATM fees on top of the gas I wasted driving around to different branches just to find out on some nights literally ALL of the ATMs in Hartford/West Hartford were down... on a given month i could lose like $50 just from broken ATMs no exaggeration) but since I switched to AECU I am very satisfied... the people there are great... the few fees I have dealt with are no big deal at all... the ATM is close to my house and never broken... all in all I will never be a bank customer again

Take for every to answer the phone this is crazy I should not have to wait an hour every time I call just to speak to someone maybe I need to take my money somewhere else.

Very clean and friendly. It is very good to see someone greets you when you come in.

The person who took care of my needs provided great services. He explained everything there is to know; very knowledgeable with all information. I found him to be well mannered and respectful. It was an easy process; I'm glad to be with American Eagle.

Excellent customer service every time I need to go in to do business.

The float personal banker at this locatiln needs to figure out a way to help the customer rather than saying “call yourself” to the company to make changes into the account, thought that was very unprofessional.

I went to the American Eagle in Bloomfield and the atm area has garbage on the machine and the property and in the parking area. This is not a good look. I went to another American Eagle.
