Melissa the rep I had spoken to deserves a raise! She was so thorough and took her time with me, it made the whole process signing up very easy. Even when she had to call me back because their system was down, when she called me I asked if she could then call me back because I had just hopped in the shower and she did. She was so pleasant and detailed to the very end! So far, every rep has been great that I have spoken to, always pleasant.

Kyle was great!!! He was informative ,professional and most of all,kind. It's so difficult for me to admit and face this debt and I have told no one of my problem. I had incurred some debt which weighed heavily on my mind. I was so overwhelmed at the prospect of tackling it and, not knowing where to turn for help, I let it go for years. A friend of mine referred me to American Consumer Credit Counseling and I am so thankful she did. I spoke with Tom tonight- for close to 2hrs! I did not expect this kind of attention from a FREE consultation. Tom was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Step by step, he went over my debts, bills, income, etc, taking a holistic approach to aiding me in becoming debt free. He devised a concrete, realistic plan for one of my debts and provided me with innumerable resources for the one he was not able(through no fault of his own) to resolve for me. All of my concerns were addressed and my questions fully answered. Being in debt is a lonely, helpless feeling. With American Consumer Credit Counseling and my phone consultation with Tom, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. My only regret is that I didn't call sooner!

ACC has been understandable and helpful the whole time I used them. They communicated my progress often and always answered the phone quickly whenever I had a question. If you need debt help, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them. I am making my last payment this month and the relief I feel is amazing.

Mike did a fantastic job with helping me understand my debt to income ratio, as well as finding a payment plan that works for me. Called to get help with my outstanding debt. I spoke with Kyle and he walked me through my expenses and setting up a budget with me. We went over the various options for setting up a repayment schedule and found one that worked for me. Call them today. They will help, advise, listen and put you on a path to eliminating all of your debt. You don't have to wait until collection agencies are calling. Maybe you're finding it difficult to eliminate debt on your own or with interest rates rising. The people at ACCC are very smart, capable, compassionate. When you agree to work with them, they negotiate with your creditors. This is not a silver bullet; it's a process. Your credit score will take a temporary dip. Eventually it will start coming back up and before you know it, you will have paid off thousands in debt. If you find yourself in a rough patch and need to pause your payments, or pay a few creditors but not all, or just reevaluate everything, you can call them and they will work with you.
