Absolutely the most friendly bank I have ever been in. I can see why this is a five-star bank! All of the employees that I met were so nice! It was such a pleasure meeting and talking to Randy, Angie, Ceres, and Linda. Ceres & Angie hooked us up with everything we needed! This is the first bank I've ever gone in with the smile and left with a smile. It truly feels like family when you're there. Everyone that came in while I was there were treated like they were part of the American Bank family too. Love it! ♥️

They have the best customer service. They never did make their employees wear the ridiculous mask that does not work. I highly recommended .
