America First Credit Union (inside Harmons) S 700 E, Midvale

Waited in line for 15 minutes and kindly asked the branch manager if she would come out and help since the tellers were backed up. She said she would and then went in the back and closed the door. Waited in line for a simple transaction for 20 minutes. Problem is when you don’t do your job, I can’t do my job. I can back to chaos, people out the door and employees stressed.

I have been a member of America First for a while now and this location and employees are top notch. Cody was amazing to work with and went the extra mile in so many ways . I'm not one to do reviews but after an amazing experience I had to say something. Thank you Cody for your great customer service .

My husband has had never ending issues with this bank for 6 months. I don’t even know where to begin. His monthly payment is $500. He called to set up two automatic payments of 250 on the 10th and 20th of each month. Well- his first payment was processed for 500 on the 10th. He called them to fix it and they were confused about it for about an hour. Finally they decided that since he paid the full amount they wouldn’t charge on the 20th. Well- the 20th came and they charged him ANOTHER 500. So in ONE month they took $1,000. That’s DOUBLE his monthly payment. They have been non stop constant issues. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I’ve never seen a bank cause SO many issues. Will be refinancing ASAP

Very bad customer service. Every time I go to that branch I have to wait 15-20 minutes. Very slow their processing . I recommend sandy Branch to others . Sandy branch never wait for long they are Super fast ...

We were really disappointed branch Manager Sarah Allson Tidwell's needs customer services training . Lacks empathy and said the bank has a lot IT issues which cause employees post double payments , will show your paid 0ff when really not and will do nothing for customers.

Shout out to Ruban for going above and beyond on helping me get a auto loan. Ruban helped me get the best interest rate and walked me through the process. Ruban answered all my questions and I left confidently and stress-free knowing that I was in good hands. Thank you.

Lines are too long. Not the best customer service. This bank has fallen far from Grace. This was the best bank in Utah I want to say it is one of the worst banks. Poor management. Poor services. Poor customer service. I am at my last straw. I am shopping for new credit Union or a new bank right away.

My only real issue is that they’re consistently understaffed and the wait can be long. They usually only have 2 out of the 4 stations operating. The customer service is good.

I DO NOT recommend getting a vehicle loan though America First. Firstly the online banking is horribly set up. I have been back and forth with customer service trying to figure out why the online banking will not let me log in for weeks. Customer service has given me no help whatsoever and simply states that they do not know what or why any problem happens. The biggest complaint is that I received a letter in the mail 1 month after I was approved for my loan at the dealership. The letter stated that they had reviewed my application for a loan and are denying my application based on my credit. I WAS ALREADY APPROVED AND HAD MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT TO MY CURRENT LOAN! When I called and asked customer service why I had received this letter and they shuffled me around on hold to different departments and eventually told me they simply did not know why I received that letter. I am constantly frustrated with the customer service, the online banking, and the lack of organization this credit union seems to have.

The ONLY thing I don't like about this location, is there is ALWAYS a long line.. is the reason iI not the it 5 stars. Other than that, I am pleased with the customer service and everything like that. They have always been very helpful, respectful and make it as easy and quick as they can wen ever i go in to mmake my car payment.
