Should be negative stars. The tellers at the Flamingo branch routinely give my balance to people not on my account who make deposits. No ID required I guess. Banking is a highly regulated industry so for them to not do this seems very illegal. Forget calling customer service for help. If the phone systems aren't down there's a 2 hour wait. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a financial institution. AND I had to "qualify" to be a member. I had to have good credit, but you don't have to check IDs before you give random people my balances and private info? Sounds like an investigation is in order. I'll be closing my account. They aren't professional and I can't have them not checking IDs when my account supposedly says CHECK ID on it - notated after the first incident. It still happens regularly.

"Let me ask my manager," would be correct answer on question you don't know answer to. I came in with some water damaged money, both serial numbers saved,and most of the bill saved, to be told they can't take it. Drove to branch on Stefanie, manager looked at it,change bills for me. Read and learn your job, will save people time and frustration

I called in to the bank today to ask about a deposit that was made this morning and I was told I would get a call in 2 hours, 4 hours later I called in to the branch and I was told I still had 40 minutes wait time and I never received that call during their 8 hour shift.

Great rates friendly staff, great neighborly Credit Union. Not a cold clinical Big Bank, this branch really makes you feel like a Member not a number. Highly recommend.😊

Why would IT change the Mobile Login screen? The login screen use to have account number and password on the same screen, now underneath your account number you have to push (login with password) and the app goes to another added screen thats white and you put your password in. This was not a good idea because it takes longer to login and your waiting for the password screen to load. Put the login screen back to saved account number and password on the same screen..

Waste of time. I filled out an application online. I was contacted not soon after and told I needed to verify my information on the phone. However, the representative "forgot her password" and couldn't log in to the system. She said someone would call me back. Already a delay in getting my loan but fine. However, after a few days, no one had contacted me so I called myself to see what was going on. The man on the phone was able to do the identity verification and told me to send a copy of my tax return through email since I am self employed. He said, I would find out if my loan was approved or not the next day. Well it's been 4 days and I have heard nothing, despite having sent my tax return an hour after the call. I am not going to contact them once again after they wasted my time and told me they would call me when there was an update. I have already secured funds elsewhere in a fraction of the time. Waste of a hard pull on my credit report.

WOW!!!! JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHY I WANTED TO LEAVE BIG BANKS! I haven't even started to find out ALL what they have to offer and i'm so happy! The complete personal friendly service makes me believe the employees believe in the credit union. Ive been treated with a respect and friendliness that I've NEVER got from the "big" boa I ran from.

Have been a customer for over 7 years. Excellent service, always! They know me by name! Received help from Joyce in the Corporate Office when there was a confusion on my accounts (I have 2) due to being hacked. They called me and advised me of the issue and the Fraud Dept. helped me. Every time I call I receive a good experience, they are patient, friendly and professional. I wrote to the CEO once regarding Veteran's Day and my Dad and he responded with a hand written letter. I still have it. It's the BEST bank I have EVER done business with!!!

Just wanted to show my appreciation for Patty Arroyo. She has been helpful and incredibly patient with me and all my car loan fiascos. I will be visiting her again when I’m ready for my next loan.
