Never had a problem with them and they made sure my son's check cleared when it was held up for the first time using a mobile deposit. Always have had very nice people to deal with who show a lot of patience even when it's a user error on my end. They have restored my faith in using any kind of financial institution!

Super, super slow. I was only the 2nd car that pulled up in the drive thru and waited probably 9 minutes before they got to me. Then it was another 3-4 minutes just to cash a check. Not a drive thru I will be returning to anytime soon.

For some reason this location is so slow!! Don’t go through the drive up, you’ll wait for 20 minutes to deposit anything.

This new branch is beautiful and the employees are great :) Wayne, the branch manager is always so friendly and helpful. Rex, the new account/loan rep, was great and helped us quickly add a checking onto our money market, refinanced our auto loan, and helped open up a student account for our 14 year old. Great job guys!

These guys are absolutely awesome due to the covid variant they're short on staffing therefore I don't recommend going in.

I’ve been banking with America First for 10+ years now and I’ve loved it. Recently, it’s felt like they’ve fallen into the trap of corporate America. Every branch I go into feels less and less like home. This branch at 1400 n has been slow numerous times, there is always a line and I never feel like any of the tellers or employees want to truly help me.

I love this new branch and LOVE that I no longer need to go to Lee's or Walmart to use a branch! Its super clean and fancy looking. I've seen other's complain about staff and wait times but I've went in for two different loans and a HELOC signing as well as a couple deposits and experienced none of this. Every time I've gone in, its been straight to a teller and maybe a five minute wait for the lender to call me in for whatever signing. Great experiences for me all around!

I was really excited about this new location opening. I went in to conduct business and it was very busy. I waited patiently and was helped by a new employee. I understood they were new and didn’t mind waiting. However all the other employees on the line were very smug. When the new employee asked for help the senior employee was annoyed and even voiced there frustration towards me for having several items of business to conduct. The senior employee was also very condescending. Upon viewing the other employees everyone there was smug and looked miserable. Really ruined my day and threw off my vibe. I won’t be going back to this location. :(

Very attentive, welcoming,and professional. I was in and out in just a few minutes. The staff members were very efficient and personable

It seems as though they only have one person on staff. I waited 20 minutes for them to deposit a few checks and then they wouldn't take three checks that were from another bank, ridiculous.
