Doing 4 star because Anthony customer services. Always polite and open to help just the bank have a lot of restrictions and limitations! You can never get any kind of change for your business and some others issues that we went thru . The good thing is that I am still coming back because Anthony and his knowledgeable skills . Thank you

AFCU told us over the phone we could go to any location and pick up a cashier's check for a car purchase. They said no more paperwork was required. We arrived at this location and asked for the check. We were asked to go into the lobby and call the general AFCU help line because they couldn't help us! Wild. It was such a runaround. We were on and off the phone with random AFCU customer service people while sitting in the lobby! We got there at 1pm and FINALLY got the check at 5pm. I have never had a problem with America First but this experience was awful.

They had Terrible customer service and don't inform me about fine print so they tack on ridiculous charges without even informing me. Save your self the trouble and bank else where you'll thank me for it

They made me feel welcomed and always make sure I know what goes on within my account at all times and are very kind and hard working people

A very convenient and well working branch. My only big criticism is that sometimes, when using the drive through services, you may have ro expect a fairly long wait, but other than that, I believe this is very nice!

My first experience at this location was in April or May of 2020. I went in to have a document notarized for my lawyer. After a small wait, the notary came out and told me she couldn't help me as the document required two witnesses. However, after consulting another notary, it was my signature needed and not a witness. After my second set of fraudulent charges through this bank, I stopped by to have a card printed so I wouldn't have to wait for it to come in the mail. I arrived at the bank and was told they couldn't print my card and I would have to wait at least be 30 days for my money to be returned. The staff member was nice but after a few issues since joining I will be switching banks.

Don’t come here. They’ll turn you away when you try to open an account with your money because they’re within the last hour of closing and they can’t help you. “You work 9-5, 10-6? 5-6 days a week? Too bad! Do it online….” I’ll take my finances somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

I had to go in to make a quick cash deposit sometimes the cash accepting ATMs act up. The parking lot and interior were very clean I was helped by Victor who greeted me and quickly handled my transaction.

Love the credit union. The friendly staff are always ready to help.
