Tiffany is very unprofessional. I tried to make a simple deposit and she made it awful. Started laughing at me when she couldn't hear me because of a loud vehicle next to me. Makes me want to reconsider banking there all together.

I have been a customer of Amegy Bank for the better part of fifteen years. In that time I have seen this branch go from being the best bank to being the worst branch ever !!! If its not several mistakes on your accounts from the tellers, who obviously have no idea what they are doing. It's the horrible customer service they give you if you are any type of minority or if you dont have millions of dollars in this bank. As a long time customer I expect to be treated with respect that standard should not be determined by the account of money I have in your bank. Respect is a standard that should be enforced no matter who you are or what you have. I wouldn't recommend this branch or this bank to anyone!!!! It seems to me they need to get back to their core values which are the customers!!!!!

Been banking with Amegy for many years and this branch has the most friendly tellers and financial advisers!

Honestly, the service is a tad slow, but other than that, I have no complaints. The employees are always helpful, friendly and outgoing. They've even let me use their conference room on multiple occasions to do some personal banking. I always go out of my way just to use this branch.

I walked in, kind of in a hurry and was welcomed in by name by one of its clerks. I was helped and was on my way in less than 3 minutes! I was shocked!

The worst bank ever. Slow and never have enough people working. Not to mention they have rude employees.
