Linda ( i believe is the branch manager ) is the best. I have a new account and she has bent over backwards to make me feel comfortable. Laura opened my account and has been overly helpful too. i was with chase for over 14 years and never felt like more then a number to them. they never went above and beyond to make me feel like i was apppreciated. dont get me wron, i dont need to feel as if some one is kissing my butt, but it feels good to hear a friendly voice on the other end of the line that sounds happy to help. i have had little expeirence with the other people who work there. but mrs Linda and Mrs Laura are amazing.

Don't go to these guys if you want a vehicle loan. They screwed mine up and 6 months after paying it off I still can't get my title.

I second the post before mine. This bank rocks because everyone excels at customer service. been with them since i moved to Katy 13 years ago.

This place is a joke my husband makes 4000 a week and when he opened a account it took two and half weeks to get debit card . When he deposited first check it to took four-5 days to go thru . Save your time and choose another bank !!

This is the best small town bank ever. The employees all know me and my family by name and we don't even go in all that often.

They are always super slow and are never open. Worst bank choice
