Honestly, the smoothest experience buying a home. I never write reviews but this one deserves it. I went through 4 loan officers before her and was given excuse after excuse why I couldn’t get approved. Amee processed my VA loan eligibility quickly and professionally. She was always available to respond to my concerns and swiftly navigated directly through VA channels to obtain a COE for the remainder of my entitlement after a past foreclosure. It took more than quadruple the amount of time for my previous loan’s processor to get to the same point and he had me do all the footwork with the VA.
