We met Amber after having issues with our original lender. At first my only contact was verbally and electronically. She was always professional and responsive. Anytime we had a question she had the answer. She took the time to explain every step of the process to us which resulted in a sense of security and made us comfortable with a process that is usually very stressful. The day of settlement I finally had the pleasure of meeting Amber and was pleasantly surprised. She was even more courteous in person than on the phone and immediately made us confident in the process.
