Skeptical customer at first but AMB made me a believer! Why, because I was afraid that they were not going to deliver. Boy, I was wrong! I just joined them a month ago and they were able to remove a collection account on the first round of disputes!! I started with AMB in May of this yr after I saw how much positive support and testimonials on instagram. I have had 3 sets of dispute letters supposedly sent to the credit bureaus and creditors but I have not gotten one correspondence anyone of them. No profile information has been update with the corrected information and that’s the easiest step. My addresses and employment information are all still the same, not one update from any of the credit bureaus. But honestly for me the lack of communication is very unprofessional. Every time I send a message it takes well over a week for a generic response and as if I am bothering them. I have not once missed a payment or skipped out of a payment on them, I made sure to show that I am serious about raising my credit score. So I decided to cancel my services today, and sent me an email so fast in less than 2 hours and tried to blame it on me as if I trying to rush my credit score and be unrealistic about the process, and then close the ticket instantly. And I am sorry but that is unacceptable. Even though there is a small portion of clients saying communication is a big problem, please take that as an opportunity for some re-education to your staff. FYI: I am not here to bad mouth or shame the company, just giving my honest review and shedding light on areas of improvement.

I worked with this company for 4 months. No one has done anything but send me a generic email notifying me a dispute letter was sent. There has never been any credit educational discussions. No consultation calls on things I can actively do to rebuild my credit. No conversation on what may be impacting my credit. Basically the only thing that has occurred was the first conversation to sign up. I advised I’m working toward purchasing a home. I have received no consulting on how to improve my credit to do so. During this time the only improvement on my score is the things I researched and did myself. If you would like to pay $100 a month for someone to send you a dispute letter you can find in a credit diy kit, then this is your company. If you want actual credit consultation this is not.

I am a returning client and I must say in the beginning I did get discouraged and left the program. The service should really cost more based on the services provided and the “free” coaching she provides online via social media. AMB is a GOD send.
