Jennifer and Ryan know the market and the area better than anyone in the Poconos. We trusted them to find us the perfect weekend home and they did. I am a remote home buyer needing to buy a home. This is the ninth home I would be buying, so I am quite familiar with the process. I am well qualified and a serious buyer...I am also living in Hawaii and an airline pilot, flying international routes and unable to come see the home at this time. I am willing to, perhaps, make this purchase if I can have my agent see the home. This agency would not allow my realtor to view a property so I could teleconference with him during the showing bc I (the buyer) am not physically there. I was told to “look at the virtual tour” by this agent, but as any home buyer knows, this is not the same as having a person there to look and answer questions in real time. I called this agent and left a message, no call back. I asked my agent to reach out and see if we could work this out and the selling agent is unwilling to help at all. As a result I’m just gonna move on as this agent is completely not helpful. Honestly, this agent is an obstruction to the sale of the home.This is how I have to buy a home and restricting me is not helping me or the seller. If anyone is familiar with what it takes to travel to Hawaii or out of the country at this time, they would understand, but clearly this agent doesn’t care. If I were listing a home, I would not use a selling agent who is unwilling to actually show the home to prospective buyers. In Covid times, remote buying has become a viable means of doing business and restricting buyers like this is unacceptable, uncaring and unprofessional.

Prospective buyers stay away from this agency. I traveled with my daughter from NYC to fulfill arranged listing viewing in vain ! No one showed up for the appointment. No phone calls response. No apologies. Unprofessional crooks!
I have tried numerous times to contact google as well as this person in regards to this false review with no luck. I can tell you that our office does not meet with clients due to COVID 19 since 6-1-2020. We are not meeting at the home unless clients have a confirmed appointment which requires- COVID-19 documents in place, ID received prior for safety along with a signed consumer notice and proper PPE . This system has been in place since June 1st 2020 and will continue to be in place until further notice . There are signs that state such on our front and side door. I received no calls from anyone and wondering if this person has the right agent/agency as many people find us on ZIllow , Trulia etc which is just advertisement. We do not have any records of this person or name. We did not take any money from this person so calling us a crook is slanderous and this review should be removed from GOOGLE. I would be more than happy to discuss this further and help. Feel free to contact me directn570-215-7200. I look forward to clarification as this comment is unwarranted .
