Albert Gomez and his team from sunstreet mortgage were great to work with. I was referred to him by a friend for refinancing I left him a message and quickly he responded and answered all my questions. He moved quickly and was always readily available. I have a crazy schedule and sometimes the only free time I have are evening and weekends. Albert always took the time to respond to my questions. I have finally closed it all went smoothly and the customer service was unmatched. I tried applying online to be refinance and yeah they are able to offer less fees but they take longer to respond and don't and are spread thin. But if you like to have a one on one and someone who is always available and can answer your question paying the extra fee is worth it!
