Antayvia Walker is very knowledgeable and worked diligently with me during every step of the process. She was able to get me down payment assistance and provided insight of things I didn't understand. If I had a question, she always responded in a timely manner and answered every question that I had. John Walker was great to work with. He was really efficient at communicating and understood the importance of listening intently to my questions. More importantly, he followed up and provided answers to the questions he did not know. He was very responsive and went out of his way to get the job done. On short notice, he met me on a Sunday morning even though he had a prior engagement. John also looked at an additional piece of land for me that was 30 minutes away from his location. Talking with John is like talking with an old friend, even though we met through a refinance, I felt like I’ve known him my entire life. I am glad I had the opportunity to work with him. This was our first time buying a house and I would never recommend this loan company to anyone. We were lied to several times about the status of our loan and told that we were getting a lower interest rate than we ended up with. We were told 3.5 and ended up being at 4.25% and we finally got the final paperwork after being told that we would have it tomorrow 15 days in a row. My realtor had to file 5 extensions on our closing date because of the lies. If I had legal recourse to sue them I would for all of the stress that they have put us through. Avoid them like the plague. There are plenty of lenders out there and I would choose anyone but this place.

Denise Donnelly is very professional and friendly. She speaks Spanish and for us that was the best because we could understand every process we had to go through to get our house. From the beginning to the end she always answered our calls and helped us with our doubts. I recommend her 100%.
