I have nothing but great things to say about Alterra Home Loans and Fannie Loyola. Fannie was able to arrange and successfully close on our house in the scheduled time frame despite the obstacles. Her methods and suggestions worked! I appreciate her professionalism and the extra mile she and her team (Susan) went, being available at ALL times. A million thanks for a job well done!

Ignacio and his team are great to work with. The were responsive and timely in all of their communication and took a lot of the stress out of the mortgage/home buying process.

They were horrible and very hard to work with. I ended up going with another mortgage company as they took forever to get back to me with appraisal results, etc.
