This once was a nice small community bank with normal hours of operation, but they cut back on there hours and it has become frustrating to say the least for the locals that have jobs and have to handle bank business after work.

Closest bank to the terrible 'laundromat'... didn't want to exchange funds so I could have quarters for laundry because I didn't have an account. I asked if they knew where else I could get change since I'm passing through and didn't need an account. After that they let me exchange funds as a 'one-time courtesy'.

Allowed Natasha Kilby, Ryan Montoya, and Danielle Beuchanan to empty my checking account without notifying me. Then charged me for the overdraft charges on the 30 plus checks.

The staff is very friendly and professional, however now that they are only open for half the day and have only 2 merchants working you are standing in line a minimum of 20-30min!
