Altabank - Salem E 200 N, Salem

I have been using this branch for years and love it. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and a hello. Everybody who works here is friendly and great at their job. I have several accounts here including for my kids and have never had a problem. They’re always happy to help and know the answer to all my questions. I have referred several friends to this branch because I know they’ll be treated so well.

Great people to deal with if you have a problem ask for Michelle! Great service they replace your debit cards on the spot. I didn't show up 10 mins before closing like a normal human.

The employees at this branch don't understand what the meaning of salary is. I had started paperwork to add a savings account to my company account with this bank. All I needed to do was to finish signing it. I showed up 10 minutes before closing and waited my turn to be helped. They told me to get out because they wanted to close. You are salaried employees. It shouldn't matter if you stay 5 extra minutes to help a customer. They obviously don't care if I am there or not. Bank of American Fork use to go out of it's way to help customers, but now it feels like they don't even care or take pride in their bank anymore. Either that or they hired the crappiest employees possible at the Salem location.

We have been using this branch for business and personal for many years. They are always great and helpful with whatever we need. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
