Tried to get money off of a debit card. I had been able to do it many times before at Alta Bank. The individual working the front desk would not help me. Customer service comes first? Apparently not.

I've been banking with BankAF for over 20 years and they have always been good to me. They have tight security which helps me keep my hard-earned money mine. Their online banking is the greatest to which I link both Intuit's Quickbooks & Mint to. Managing my finances hasn't ever been easier. I haven't reordered paper check in a decade. Keeping up with technology is only one of the reasons I highly recommend BankAF.

Been with BaF / Altabank for years. Years. A few years back we spaced paying on a $300 credit card balance. Completely covered it and paid it off in the weeks thereafter. Totally miscommunication between me and my wife. Totally on us that we missed the payment. Of course they immediately reported it and it’s been a credit score ding for years. Trying to refinance our home, we asked them this week for a goodwill reconsideration of their reporting of that one missed payment. It makes a significant difference on the interest rate we are offered. They say no way - It is honest reporting on their end and they refuse to reconsider. Sad they feel that way about their clients. I will walk 1000 miles barefoot to make and keep a client happy. Altabank feels otherwise. I’m sure banks are banks, but met with another local bank and they feel more interested in their relationships.

I had a few purchases of only a couple dollars each and they looked my debit card after bank hours. They have no option of turning it on after bank hours so now I am stuck with no money till its convenient for them. This has happened on multiple occasions some even on saturday night when I have to go the whole weekend broke because they close all sunday. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM
