If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful with communication and forever had changing numbers. I’ve been trying to get my house refinanced since the beginning of the year but his lack of response and awful demeanor as well as uncertainty in numbers is why we never closed. It took months for him to get my land surveyed as well as figuring closing costs. When I talked to multiple other mortgage companies they agreed that was a ridiculous time frame. I originally left a bad review that he asked me to take down. This has been the most awful experience so hopefully I’ll save someone else the headache.
