I was super hesitant about hiring someone to repair my credit because about 5 years ago I paid $600 up front to a local company to repair my credit and they actually made my credit worse. Honestly, this is the realist review I have done. Michael is perfect, friendly, and just amazing. I can’t thank him enough for everything he have done to help me and my family. He cares for you, listen to you, and teach you how to improve your credit and ways to reach your goals. I am very, very thankful for everything he do and I am very happy with my results. The best decision I have done is to pick up my phone and contact Michael. I TOTALLY recommend Michael. He’s easy to contact and super communicative! If you have any questions, he will find the answer for you! I have never been so happy and I am very happy with my credit improvements every month. The price is also super reasonable and he gives so much discounts. I used to be really worried and scared that there’s nothing I can do with my credit, but Michael reassure me that he can fix it and he did. I've managed to do what they couldn't in half the time I was with them. I've managed to get my score raise by 30 points, get approved for two unsecured credit cards, and now actually have a fighting chance at being able to buy a house at some point. I believe it was February 2021 when I started researching credit repair companies that could help to restore my less than perfect credit. In March of 21 I submitted a request online to consult with someone at Alpha. A few days later I had a consultation with Gregg, and because of all of the perfect reviews and pretty good conversation that Gregg and I had, I decided to move forward with Alpha. Eight months later and I'm not sure what's going on. Not a single negative account has been removed from my credit report. I have not heard from anybody at Alpha in over four months. Not one text, email, or phone call to inform me as to where things stand. I've sent several collect notices via email (as I was instructed to do) but would never get a response/confirmation of them being received. Yesterday (11/17/21) I checked the website to see if there were and new changes and discovered that my access had been "turned off by the administrator". Huh?!? The first month or so of service I really felt the decision to go this route was a good one. Today I'm left scratching my head and asking what's going on. A weekly phone call or email to inform us clients as to where things stand can eliminate so much confusion, but that didn't happen. Providing the services you said you would and yet failing to remove even one account in almost nine months. Ghosting and then removing my access without so much as an call / email to inform me as too why it was happening. What went wrong? What cause the break down in communication?
