What a great experience at this credit union! I worked with Jamie who was very informative and a pleasure to work with. Nice location and a lot of parking. Staff are efficient and takes the time to explain what they are doing until I understood. Very friendly too! When you step inside, they check your temperature—CV19 precaution, which I think is great.

This bank is the worst bank to do business with. They are located all the way in Henderson and every time I go down there to do business with them they seem to screw up things worse then it already is. They are quick to point fingers and blame somebody else when the problem is the bank. If I call the bank when needed they are not open because they are on Hawaii time zone. So if you have direct deposit you will not get paid until Hawaii time zone hits midnight which is basically 2 to 3 hours difference. There is only one bank in Nevada and they are located in Henderson to please local people that are originally from Hawaii. So with all that said this bank basically has no idea what they are doing because the mindset is so far back and relaxed. There is no such thing as Aloha at this bank you should just change the name to Pacific Federal Credit Union.

Aloha Pacific is family. The team there are so gracious and in tough times.. they will be there to help solidify your financial needs. You don't have to be Hawaiian for great service...just go there with an open mind and bring you family like culture to this financial institution. The rep Kathy Oshiro was rude. She seemed careless with my request and laughed when I told her where I work at, she was very condescending and just seemed irritated to help me. I hear you guys give great services, it’s a shame you a rep like Kathy providing them.

I worked with Joy, the branch manager at this Henderson location and she was able to get the previous issue resolved expeditiously! Jaime was also able to set up my account and get me in and out of the branch within a matter of minutes! They both made me feel at home and welcomed!

I did not appreciate being brushed aside and making me feel like any guest that walks through this branch is nothig. I walked in to attempt to make a payment for my vehicle since this branch is a shared branch. A woman who might be the supervisor on the floor who bare not chance of eye contact to make with every single guest that walks in to that branch. Any member that bares the chance to come into contact with this bank. Be advised that most likely they will catagorize the importance of THEIR members would be assited first. Seems that way when she announce " any ALOHA MEMBERS ONLY, I can take if your have any deposits, or payments". Rude aknowledgement of choice in announcement she made. All I wanted was assistance with my car payment, not judgement and discrimination based on catagorizing who is part of their branch and who is stuck sharing with them. I will try to avoid this branch, I did not feel any happiness, joy, appreciation, the customer service that is meant for any location I have attended, least when I attend a gas station they have more prosperous joy with greeting guests. It beocmes more difficult when it comes to there is no name tags for these staff members.

My job deposits my check into my account at noon the day before my initiate payday. The bank should be able to see my pending work check on their side. Technically, my check supposed to post at 12am Hawaii time on my payday.. Due to time differences, (3hrs ahead Las Vegas) my money should be available for me at 3am. This is the second time this bank has held my check and I don't get my money till 11am on my payday. I am so done with their lies. I'm definitely not recommending them to anyone in Las Vegas!! It is 4:25am and still no check posted. Irritating.

Shared branching not available today. A girl walked up while I took the picture, saw they sign and said again?! There's a few in town and it's a long drive.

My first trip to Vegas and I ran out of money. I typed in "Aloha Pacific " and a suggestion of the Las Vegas Branch popped up. The employees were very helpful and Britany made me feel at home. Awesome experience here!
