I have work with Karstin on two different occasions in the last two to three years, first to purchase our new Home, and at that time she was Working with Caliber Home Loan, than to refinance that loan Working under Almond Tree, which move our rate down to 2.99, which was a blessing to me and the Family. Karstin, was able to inform me about other companies that offer me money to refinance with their companies because I was not going to refinance at all, but I had offers from $1000.00 up to $27,000.00 cash back, but none of those Companies loan include insurance or taxes and Karstin was the one who said look out for that, if you chose to go with someone else, and because of that none forceful attitude I chose her even though I did not received any money for refinancing. I have recommend her to my Brother and purchase his new Home last February 2019.

What a fantastic process! No one has ever done as well as Karstin Hickerson in getting me a mortgage. And I am over 90 now so I have seen a lot of loans. Her company is efficient, and very easy to do business with. I am disabled and I never had to leave my house, everything came to me.
