My supervisor sends our hours in correctly and all of us employees checks are wrong literally EVERY pay period !! Every pay period we hath to calculate hours and time go through time sheets to see what’s missing and from the reviews this seems to be the norm for them. I called them week of pay roll on Monday to confirm what hours they had for me they told me they could not tell me or talk about that til after Friday like Friday is pay day why not make sure there right before then ? If I was a struggling single mother trying to make ends meet and living check to check I would be screwed I haven’t had a correct check since I’ve been here going on over 6 months

This company is by far the worse company to deal with when it comes to payroll. One of my staff members that work for my disabled child hasn’t been paid since May 3 2022 its now past June 3 which makes it a month after. I was told what to do to fix it. I did it the week after May 3 and its been unprofessionalism ever since. They just tell you what you want to hear so they can get off the phone, not to mention every time I call it takes more than 30 mins to even speak to someone. I can’t wait to switch over payroll company’s, now i see why they are rating 1.7 on google !!! So in other words I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Had to put a star but this company is completely unprofessional. Payroll does a terrible job. Paychecks are not processed in a timely matter. You can wait for your paycheck over two weeks. This place should be shut down. No consideration for working people or the elderly. My friend worked here and would never do it again.

This company is a joke, I've been taking care of a man with Cerebral Palsy since Aug of 2020.... here we are almost 2 yrs in and I still can't get a correct payroll more often than not. I work between 60/ 80 hours a week... literally 2 full time jobs, and we had to change to this portal system, why are we still using paper timesheets??? And if it's the paper timesheets that matter, why must I use the portal or EVV? Either way, I CAN NOT continue to live trying to guess if I'm going to get paid this week. We pay into a union, why isn't this fixed? If it were a man's construction crew union or electrical crew union I'd bet my last dollar ( legit, cuz I'm not getting paid tomorrow) that THEY wouldn't send for this. It's literally a countess as to whether I get paid or not. EVEN WITH CONFIRMATION E MAILS!!!! And thier customer service reps are a joke too, why can't they confirm receipt of timesheets? Wi bet if the reps at allied had to wait an entire week to get paid they'd give a hoot and fix the system. Ugh. I'm so fed up.

Julie has a very poor attitude and Nakisha flat out lied. This company has no idea which end is up and which end is down 67% of their customer service is absolutely disgusting. The confirmation emails should not be called confirmation emails they aren't worth the emails that they're written on their system for doing things is backwards it's the definition of insanity they seem to think that employees can I afford to lose over $100 of taxes in two paychecks absolutely ridiculous worst company ever if I could give them negative Stars I would

Worst payroll company that I have work with, 2 months for an employment verification letter, the portal or phone system is trash and to update my current address I’ve sent 5 emails and not update it as of today. Very upset very unprofessional staff and unreliable. Can’t wait for our union to get them out!!!!

Absolute trash. I have been a PCA for a little over a month now. First they told me they were mailing my check to me and then transferring over to direct deposit afterward. It’s been over a week and no check. When I called, the customer service lady blamed it on COVID and delayed mail. Give me a break. I got my call last night that payroll was complete and I’d get my direct deposit today. Shocker. That didn’t happen either. I’ve been on hold with them now since 8am. How DARE they do this to these families who need aides and to people who rely on a paycheck. How incompetent can you be???

The absolute worst company. I sure hope the state of CT selects a new payroll department soon. Absolute incompetence at its best.

Allied is an excellent company to work with. I have been A client for several years. They are always helpful and caring when I have a problem. The only problems arise when we make an error on the timesheet. They call to try to fix it within 24 hrs. It is their policy that timesheets not submitted by 5 pm Monday can not be processed for that week. Although that can effect my caregivers it is a policy that all are aware of. The cut off is done automatically by their system. Even with errors they try to call to get them corrected so my caregivers can be paid earlier. I appreciate their patience with me and their helpfulness on the phone. The call waits can be long if you call on certain days and times. They always tell me the best times to call if it’s not urgent. I am writing this review because I always see bad reviews on them and have to wonder what these people are bringing and if they consider the number of people and programs these people support. As many times as I have called them for help or forms etc every person was respectful patient and helpful. I have never had a delay in payment to my caregivers that was not mine or the caregivers mistake.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have waited on hold for as long as 2 hours and 47 minutes. Today, I waited over an hour. I faxed paperwork to them 4 times and they claim they got nothing and I have the right phone numbers. I also emailed it to them in PDF form. I have been waiting since 10/1 when we sent out all the paperwork. I can’t go back to work without having staff to care for my special needs child. I have never seen a business run so badly.

It’s been three weeks, I want my money. I’m sick and tired of not getting paid on time and when we acknowledge an error I have to continue waiting to get my missing money like I’m expected to just miss my scheduled bills and payments. And not that, the support team is absolute cow manure. I don’t receive my pay stubs regularly, whoever runs payroll picks and chooses what’s an “error”(whether it’s a computer or not, program the algorithm better idk) it prevents me from getting paid. I’m so sick that this is an issue that happens on a regular basis. If you are looking to be employed as a PCA under Allied, make sure you have another source of income because they are too unreliable. I’m only a student in college but I still have bills to pay and I’m going to have to miss a bill because I haven’t gotten my missing check for three weeks and haven’t gotten paid for this past week either. Like has this company gotten sued?!? I don’t understand.

They are the worst company that I’ve ever experienced. While the pay is great, they do not pay consistently. I have gone weeks without checks and there’s little yo no accountability. The customer service reps are useless because nobody can give accurate information. Here we are two weeks before Christmas and they didn’t pay me even though they confirmed that I’d be paid

I didn’t receive my pay on time even though I submitted my time sheet on time and even got the email confirmation that they received my time sheet. I did everything correctly. And still didn’t get paid then when I called I was given the run around stating that my pay might be put on next weeks check. It is unfair to us workers who go to work everyday and take our jobs serious. We have bills to pay and can’t afford for allied not to take their employees pay serious. This is unprofessional I’m in the middle of calling my lawyer and the department of labor and getting advice. I also reported them to the PCA organization. And I feel bad for the client cause if I don’t get paid I will not be coming to work anymore. But I refuse to work for free for any Company.. their payroll department obviously has issues that needs to be fixed before someone or I sue them

It's like playing Russian roulette with your pay. I was late on my mortgage last month because of their shoddy system. And this week We haven't been able to get through to the evv specialists all week been trying since Tuesday. So don't know if pay will be issued tomorrow because we can't get though to see if hours got approval. And not to mention the injustice it is to the clients of Allied because care providers have actually quit because of payment issues leaving the client short of staff scrambling to find coverage getting stuck in bed sometimes due to staff quitting for nonpayment

This company is a joke. The State needs to end their contract. They screw up payroll and blame EVV. EVV blames Allied meanwhile while gas is $7 a gallon and chicken is $20 we go for weeks without our pay. Someone should hold their employees pay so they are a little more attentive once you finally get through after more then an hour on hold.

They have horrible payroll even tho I summit my timesheets I am told they don't receive them even tho I have proof I sent them an then I don't get paid for working when I'm supposed to then when the paperwork is resummited I have to wait another week to get paid instead of payment immediately their systems are faulty they don't treat their employees fairly

On fridays they purposely take the phone off the hook. Once a month they claim no timesheets were received (they were) and managers hide from giving proper customer service. I have over 5 pay checks missing from times they were “missing” re submitted and never got paid. They NEVER double paychecks when they should. Already spoke with my attorneys on going after them for my money always being fluctuated with the same set hours... crazy how dirty our own state is!!!!!

As I sit here typing this, I am on hold with this company. It has been 34 minutes now and counting. Can someone explain to me how this is acceptable? I just hired an aide and he didn't get paid, has direct deposit but didn't get paid. He got a message last night but nothing. How can they still get away with this still. I even went to the state capital and spoke in front of the legislatior about this issue Its 44 minutes still on hold ....

I have called since November last year. Finally today I called the social worker for first choice program. But i am looking at these reviews and i hope I do not have a problem with pay for the person taking care of my daughter because i will report them. Not sure what's going on with the company but i hope this can get fix. Please these are people with special needs and people need to get pay for the services. Is not fair. Hopefully things work out for my daughter and me.

Allied almost got through the year without screwing up royally again. They owe me pay for 2 weeks now. They sent out a text blaming it on the bank and left for the weekend. The week before they shorted me $44 then said they would correct it but I only got $11 of that. I came very close months ago in having my employer switch financing agencies but I think now is the time. Their incompetence will never change.
