Aaron Levy/Alliance Mortgage was great to work with. He made the financing part of the house buying a breeze. It was nice having someone who worked hard to find you the best rates with the mortgage and the homeowner's insurance. There was very little on our part that we had to do due to Aaron handling everything. He was very knowledgeable and always available when we had questions. I will recommend anyone looking to finance a house to Aaron Levy/Alliance Mortgage.

Alliance Mortgage, and specifically Aaron Levy took great care of me in my recent loan process. I cannot state enough how pleased I am to have worked with him! He is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable; and, he works in a professional yet friendly manner. His communication, instructions and customer service are beyond compare! I always had up-to-date 411 on the status of my loan, and it closed when Aaron promised it would. I highly recommend Aaron and his team for anyone getting ready to go through the home loan process.

Aaron was the most insulting & dismissive person. We spoke with him regarding a refinance with some special circumstances. Instead of explaining why the loan could not be done by his company, he told us quote: "stop wasting my time and leave my office". who does that in the professional world. He was argumentative and disrespectful I would not recommend him to anyone and I will be telling the real estate agent that referred him as well!!!!

Aaron recently helped my husband and I buy our first home, and he was an absolute pro. I started my search for a lender on Lending Tree, which was a bit of a learning experience. Most of the posted rates are those sites are not completely accurate, and most of the phone calls I got were from brokers that had no interest in explaining options or pros and cons of different loans. They just wanted to know if we found a house yet so they could make the deal. I had one guy, who will remain nameless, send me the completely wrong timeline and interest rate. Not exactly reassuring from someone who can make or break your transaction. After a little search , I found Aaron Levy at Alliance, and he was fantastic. He gave me a full breakdown of different loan options, explained the long term fiscal benefits of each, and really knew his stuff. When we found the house we wanted, we had only a few hours to make an offer due to high demand, and Aaron was super fast with getting our realtor the info we needed to put in the offer. The seller's agent even mentioned that part of the reason they took our offer was because we were working with Aaron, and he's always on point. I received notifications throughout the process of what the next step was, and what was required from me for a smooth closing. We had zero hangups and Aaron had everything lined up well before our closing day. Overall, it was great experience for my first home purchase and I would use him as a resource again in a heartbeat.
