Customer service was great. Was able to set up an auto loan set up without ever having to step inside the branch. My loan officer Mr. Jose Mora was very helpful and explained everything to me in detail. He was able to get me a better interest rate and save me money on my auto loan. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of an auto loan. Thank you for all your help and look forward to remaining a life long customer.

Alliance customer service has been great today! They’re very quick at responding and answered all of my questions.They do use Equifax and I wish I would’ve known that, that score isn’t as great. I still received a better interest rate and monthly payment!

I don't like no customer service contact. Your commercial states for people not profit. I don't believe that. It was that when I started with your credit union almost 20 years ago. I financed one last car with you. I ask the loan officer if he would payoff all credit cards on a personal loan. Wouldn't do it because you didn't want me to payoff your credit card. I have good credit, I visited the other bank I do business with, they approved me in like 20 minutes. So you don't always do what best for customer.

Got a loan the other day for a new car, great customer service, Jeremiah did everything he could to get me a great loan and went above and beyond to help me out! Fantastic service, I'm so glad to be banking with them, I recommend them to everyone!
