Everyone I’ve felt with at Alliance Credit Union is attentive, very knowledgeable and interested in talking to me when I arrive. That is such a nice thing to experience when so many other businesses are just transactional. Thanks for always making me feel you’re glad to see me.

I started banking with alliance for almost 2 years now and never ran or had an issue with them. All I can say is Mary mata with alliance is not just any lender. She will sit with you and get to know you. She has helped me with my truck, bike and now an rv. I have delt with several lenders that won't try or even help and are rude. But here she will do all she can to help you and will always answer if you have any questions on purchasing anything.

I went in to open an account and was welcomed and the young lady was very pleasant and did my paperwork an easy step Veronica Tello had already taken care of some info I was very pleased .

We opened an account with Alliance at Spur 327 in Lubbock and we want to thank Abraham and Lauri for being very helpful and accommodating. We also noticed the tellers were also very friendly and polite. There was free coffee and donuts at their waiting area.

If you're thinking about where to pull out a car loan or any loan for that matter I highly suggest going through Andrew over at the north Frankford location. He was so patient and thoroughly helped me through my car loan process. I definitely trust him with this huge financial decision and he has gone above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and worry free.

These guys know customer service. They do have trainees from time to time. Overall I havent had any issues and they have more services to offer
